Kanaloa Realty began with one property and a simple goal: provide the kind of vacation rental management we would want for our own investment.
After purchasing a beachfront triplex in Indian Rocks Beach, Alexander Kirschman and his son, Keanu Kirschman, took on every aspect of short-term rental management themselves. From pricing and listing optimization to guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance, and five-star hospitality, they experienced firsthand what it takes to operate a successful vacation rental.
