OUR EXPERIENCE AS RENTAL OWNERS
Kanaloa Realty is led by father-and-son team Alex and Keanu Kirschman. Managing our own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach has shaped our approach to guest service, property care, and rental performance.
We combine direct owner involvement with a local network of cleaning and maintenance professionals to keep each property cared for and ready for guests.

ALEX KIRSCHMAN
Guest Communication & Property Operations
Alex handles guest communication and coordinates the day-to-day care of each property. He works closely with the cleaning team, handyman, and other local professionals to prepare homes between stays and address maintenance needs. He also stays in touch with owners, answering questions and keeping them informed about their properties.
KEANU KIRSCHMAN
Marketing, Technology & Rental Performance
Keanu handles much of the behind-the-scenes work, from setting up property listings and adjusting pricing to managing digital marketing. He monitors rental performance and keeps listing details, photos, and descriptions up to date to help properties attract guests. He also built the Kanaloa Realty website and manages its ongoing updates.

CLEANING TEAM
Our cleaning team prepares each property for guests and photographs every turnover to help identify guest-caused damage and support claims to recover costs.

Our maintenance team handles repairs and ongoing upkeep, responds to guest issues during stays, and keeps each property comfortable and ready for the next guests.
SPECIALIST SUPPORT
Our specialist team includes local AC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals who resolve complex issues and keep essential property systems running smoothly.
